Skills
● Project Management tool – Agile methodology
● Strong knowledge of MySQL / Database
● Project documentation: BRD/SRF/FRD/Wireframe tools
● Managing 4 - 5 projects and preparing/ maintaining project plan
● Good understanding of Integration and API
● Good functional knowledge of Testing and Release management
Responsibility
● Current Project Management like Manage UAT / Production instances of Project
● Managing Project development team for daily/weekly tasks
● Gap Analysis with client requirement and documenting the same
● Should be able to do complete Implementation/Deployment of the product/solution for clients on cloud or private server
● Manage client escalations during implementation and during L2 support.
● Analyze scope changes and make work flow/data flow diagrams for the same
● Timely Completion of product/solution as per project management tool
● Preparing Documentation for product/solution deployed and keep it updated with every release
● Should have worked on Mobile App, APIs and back end driven solutions
● Deployed product/solutions issue tracker should be maintained as per the service TAT
● Code and Data Security, Backup, Server Management and GIT management of deployed product/solutions
● Review meetings with new/existing clients and to maintain PR with them for Retention
● Weekly Product Review meetings with Internal Team
● Reporting to the Head of Projects
