● Managing 4 - 5 projects and preparing/ maintaining project plan
● Good understanding of Integration and API
● Good functional knowledge of Testing and Release management
● Experience in the lending domain is highly desirable.
● Strong understanding of cloud technology applications.
● Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
● Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibility
● Project Management:
o Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
o Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
● Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
● Client Engagement:
o Lead client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
o Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
● Team Leadership:
o Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
o Foster collaboration and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Have managed 2-3 Project Managers or BA's
- Has worked with Technical TL's to deliver projects
● Domain Expertise:
o Leverage knowledge of the lending domain to provide insights and solutions that meet client needs (preferred).
o Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud applications.
● Project Management Tools & Processes:
o Utilize industry-standard tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar for project tracking and reporting.
o Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
